On April 23, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for a tire issue and routine oil change. Outstanding Service Experience with Kory Lambert: I recently brought my 2012 Nissan Maxima into the dealership for an inspection due to a suspected radiator leak. As soon as I arrived at the Service ar recently brought my 2012 Nissan Maxima into the dealership for an inspection due to a suspected radiator leak. As soon as I arrived at the Service area, I was greeted by technician Kory Lambert. From the very beginning, Kory was friendly, attentive, and professional. I explained my concerns, and he assured me they would thoroughly inspect the radiator to determine the issue. Kory later informed me that the radiator, along with the upper and lower hoses and the cap, needed to be replaced due to the natural aging of the vehicle. He clearly explained the repairs needed and made the entire process smooth by assisting me with getting a temporary vehicle while the repairs were being completed. Throughout the repair process, Kory kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally. My car was dropped off on March 31st at 1:50 PM, and the repairs were completed by April 1st at 4:00 PM—excellent turnaround time! Kory did an outstanding job, and it’s always a pleasure working with him for any maintenance issues. I truly appreciate that the repairs were completed correctly the first time.
