Got oil change and after completed they didn’t shut my hood all the way , didn’t put my stem caps back on, and a cover they say was not touched on my make and model fell off. The cover and the hood could have been dangerous and hurt someone. I am attaching a pic of the part they say they did not touch and video shows it is the first and last step of the oil change. I called and spoke with service manager Kenny and he card nothing about customer service and totally lied to me on this cover. I purchased the cover myself to be put on and really only called Kenny thinking he might like to speak with technician. Of course he could have cared less. Have used this dealership for years and always gave good reviews until this time and so upsetting to discover how they truly are. Loss of business from this family and anyone else that ask us about them.i More

These people are impossible to deal with. They will not move on price and will give bare minimum for a trade. EVERY interaction I have had with this dealership has been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. Thankfully I bought the warranty so when the engine needed to be replace been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. They told me that they did an inspection and topped off fluids, but the oil was completely empty, like they drained it but forgot to refill it. They sent me an email with offers of services, and they aren't honoring the service they SENT TO ME! If at all possible I will never do business with them again. More
