I drive a half hour out of my way to avoid multiple bad experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always "complicated." A really good experience at Mazda of Roswell with people who I believe I can trust. The only thing I would criticize is something that's been mentioned elsewhere and that's the relative unavailability of service appointments...sometimes for weeks at a time the calendar is booked, so you might not be able to take your car in for 3 weeks at tahe time that you try to create your booking. That's not practical...and it could steer me away from the Mazda brand if dealer service just isn't normally available without a 3-4 week leadtime. Something -- not sure what -- needs to be done about that. More

I've been bad about remembering to leave a review for Mazda of Roswell, and this is my first one. Everything I'm about to say here can be applied to every service visit I've had. Between routine mainten Mazda of Roswell, and this is my first one. Everything I'm about to say here can be applied to every service visit I've had. Between routine maintenance, and having little things checked out, I've had maybe six or seven visits. Nothing has ever gone wrong with the car, I just am a little paranoid and brought the car in a few times to be checked out. I'll get right to the point: This is quite simply the absolute finest service department I've ever dealt with, and this is my 10th new car, including a couple of BMWs and a Porsche, so I've been around a dealership or two. I'm from New York City (moved to Atlanta in 2019) and I'm one of those impatient people who isn't easy to please. Well, the people in the service department are flawless. I wish I could hire people as good as they do there. Everything they do at Mazda of Roswell is top notch. Pick any criteria...professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality, keeping commitments...I could go on and on. I won't even bother considering a different dealership for my next Mazda. More
