The customer service is terrible every time I come in there. I will never buy another toyota from kenny kent again because of the service department. It takes forever just to get someone to call you bac there. I will never buy another toyota from kenny kent again because of the service department. It takes forever just to get someone to call you back. I hated the oil change process every time I had to do it there. Not to mention the unbelievably long wait time for basic things being done. I have multiple recalls that have not been addressed in over a year. I am so disappointed. I payed 70k on a new truck and feel like I am an inconvenience anytime I call. My wife and I spent 60k on a lexus and feel like they would do anything to meet our expectations. Kenny kent toyota has lost a customer forever because of the "service" department More
