Customer service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Communication to the service team is good, but sometimes I feel it limits the scope of the issues. I know it is sometimes difficult to accommodating. Communication to the service team is good, but sometimes I feel it limits the scope of the issues. I know it is sometimes difficult to analyze all that could go wrong, but I feel with all the technology and experience that the technicians have they should be able to recognize patterns of repeated issues. Multiple return trips to the dealership are unpleasant. The customer is never happy about it. And being in Customer Service my whole career I know the Service agents are also uncomfortable seeing those repeat customers coming back in. I do appreciate all of the efforts that are given. I applaud all of the help they offer. All in all I am satisfied with Shottenkirk Chrysler Jeep. More

I took my Jeep in for an inspection and Dustin was absolutely great. He answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to see concerning the vehicle. He spent time explaining which thing absolutely great. He answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to see concerning the vehicle.
