I was advised by Service Writer Brett Maddox, that my front disc brake pads were dangerously close to being " metal to metal. I approved the additional service for replacement disc pads and rotors turned. Thank you for the attention to details and great customer service. I travel coast to coast and can not afford any mechanical issues on my Ram 2500 6.7L Diesel 4x4 especially while pulling a 42 ft 5th wheel.
