Not an enjoyable experience. I got the vehicle I wanted. But, I had to deal with xxxxxxxx in order to get it. Won't be coming back for anything but service. Never buying another N I got the vehicle I wanted. But, I had to deal with xxxxxxxx in order to get it. Won't be coming back for anything but service. Never buying another Nissan here...ever. Everyone her is rude. Especially Glen. That guys a complete xxxxx. So yeah, I had a bad experience. 2 stars cause I like the vehicle. Bad salesmen. Send em back to sales training. These guys shouldn't be working with the public at all. More

Great Experience I had a great experience leasing my new vehical at Mears Nissan. The process was seamless, and I was able to drive off the lot in my new car the same I had a great experience leasing my new vehical at Mears Nissan. In for an oil change, tire rotation, check out engine I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and wanted everything checked out as we are in the winter months and I have not been in for service for a while I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and wanted everything checked out as we are in the winter months and I have not been in for service for a while. No problems with my Murano, its a 2017 and only has 7,000 miles on it so nothing was wrong, I love my Murano and want to make sure it's running great and no problems or issues through the rest of the winter. I did speak with Derek, and Dustin came over and said hello to me as well. This is my fourth Nissan, Dustin sold me my first two Altimas and Derek my Rogue and Murano. Both are very pleasant to work with, no pressure, always great communication with both of them as well as anyone I have come into contact with at Mears. Derek has been great to work with so I do seek him out when I'm there. Dustin is always happy and says hello, chats for a few, always pleasant to deal with them both. As far as service, I've never had a problem, they were quick, in and out, and I was pleased with the service performed. Some of the faces were new to me but all of them were very courteous and extremely helpful. More
