ANDREW AND DUSTIN are the definition of excellent customer service! They were so patient with me! They made sure i got the best deal on my 2019 Altima SR which i'm inlove with! I called and visited most of the nissan dealerships around and no one gave me the respect and amount of patience and professionalism that these guys had! It was almost thrilling! They offered me water, snacks, comfort and they made me feel like home! Dustin really puts in the time for you to make sure your needs are taken care of and he was such a professional and knows how to do his job and knows how to please a customer when it comes to your financials! NOW Andrew is such an amazing person. He was such a delight to talk to and he also was very professional and extremely friendly! I felt like i knew the guy for years and years! He helped me with choosing the car, helped with understanding the car. he helped in laying out every single thing i'm expecting so that way i don't get surprised with my outcome and also made it very easy for me to make my decision! He stayed on the line with me for 30 min to set up my insurance with progressive! WHAT ? So much patience and professionalism! I totally forgot what the other guy is called but he was a man of his word! He told me that my car will be at the dealership to be cleaned detailed and ready for me by 4:45! At 4:45 my car was parked at the front door looking so beautiful and sexy and just ready for me to take her home! I loved my experience there and i would definetly recommend these guys to everyone around canton ohio! They are just too good! More
