Purchase a And Trade in I traded in two cars and wound up buying a Lincoln certified used car after going in with the intention of buying a new Ford Fusion hybrid. The car wa I traded in two cars and wound up buying a Lincoln certified used car after going in with the intention of buying a new Ford Fusion hybrid. The car was pretty dirty when we test drove it. Inside and out. I pointed it out to our salesperson. He indicated that it would be cleaned if we purchased It wasn’t. Visible dirt and smudges on visors and roof interior. We had to go back. It was then cleaned. The deal was fine on the trade and purchase. Unfortunately I had just spent $90.00 at this dealer on oil change and air filter on my trade I asked for an oil change on new car. Negatory on that good buddy. Oh well.... More

We found the perfect truck! Josef was terrific to work with. Being allowed to bring the truck home, hook it to our trailer, and really test drive it was the real deal maker for Josef was terrific to work with. His sales pitch for the maintenance contract was "pushy" and loud. The actual signing of the sales contract was not handled in a professional manner. More
