Brought in my car which has a 10 year extended warranty which I purchased in another state prior to moving to Omaha. Although they confirmed that they would work with the warranty company, they mostly shr which I purchased in another state prior to moving to Omaha. Although they confirmed that they would work with the warranty company, they mostly shrugged when confronted with my problem "it is a known issue that Honda has no solution for" when asked about swapping out the malfunctioning part, I was told that they "service line" said that it would not work. After owning multiple Hondas since 1989, all I can say, is this is the point of departure. No offer from the dealership to advocate for a solution, just a tough situation for me and my crappy Honda - never again my friend - I am moving to a company that works to solve issues and provides solutions. I now have a 2022 car with no radio, car play, navigation or using any of the other technical features. I see that the Korean cars have 10 year warranties - so I hope you go out of business slowly and lose business to your competitors due to your unwillingness to support your customers or to back your brand... BTW - it took over two hours to tell me this - something that they could have confirmed with a phone call considering it is a known issue that I described the night before coming in. More

We had a brand new Honda we bought in Alabama. We were halfway to Omaha and the AC went out. We called the other Honda dealership and they basically said they couldn’t help us. Maybe they could look at it in about 6 weeks which is not want you want to hear in the summer 1000 miles away from home. The dealership in Bellevue Nebraska sent us a link right away and gave us an appointment. We were so thankful. Of course even more thankful when they fixed it.
