Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're frustrated. The vehicle was purchased as-is, which was disclosed in the purchase paperwork and signed documents at the time of sale. As a courtesy, our service department still completed an oil change and addressed a couple of items before delivery. Because the vehicle was sold as-is, any future diagnostics or repairs after delivery would be the responsibility of the owner. However, we are always happy to inspect the vehicle and assist if needed. If you would like to discuss the situation further, please feel free to contact our team directly.

Valve cover leaking oil as is the turbo as well as oil being overfilled.

Contacted dealer as requested. Told them about coolant leak, 2x oil leaks, defective rear tires, defective engine mounts defective boost control valve. Was told that we low balled them and that they were already selling it at wholesale pricing before we lowballed them and that’s just what you get when you buy as is. For the record we paid 6500 out the door. KBB private party has it at 4955-5680 and trade in at 1645-2520 so we hardly lowballed below wholesale pricing.

Good morning, we bought the used 2013 green escape last week. 90miles later we find a large coolant puddle on the ground. It’s at a private shop now to identify the coolant leak. Multiple oil leaks found, oil significantly overfilled. Brent McGraw 7406326205
