Will absolutely never buy a vehicle from here again! I have been waiting over a month for a reimbursement check for work the dealership was supposed to take care of and didn't. ?? Nice experience with Finance. Salesperson was o k. I had nor seen the vehicle in person as it was in Bartlesville. Sales person asked me to go to Finance ^ sign paperwork. I told her I wasn't signing an had nor seen the vehicle in person as it was in Bartlesville. Sales person asked me to go to Finance ^ sign paperwork. I told her I wasn't signing anything until I saw the vehicle & drove it. I was in the car business for 20 years (Jim Norton Chevy, Joe Cooper Ford, James Hodge Chevrolet) & God forbid if the desk knew that the customer had not physically seen the vehicle nor had they driven it! Enough said. I love the Palisade & I must admit that the price advertised by Bartlesville sold me on the vehicle. Had to be a mistake but I appreciate you all honoring the price of $30,619! More
