Sales experience was great, brought truck in for service afterwards. Oil change was over priced. Considering what I got was "the works" at other ford dealerships. Waited for an hour and a half. Car wash afterwards. Oil change was over priced. Considering what I got was "the works" at other ford dealerships. Waited for an hour and a half. Car wash guy wasnt there so the wash turned out bad. Thought it would look more like the car we bought when we picked it up. Which looked awesome. Had to remind the service dept twice of a air bag light I wanted looked at. No airbag light on at the time of service so they didnt do any other checks. No other info was given about the airbags, and no thought was given to let me try to get it to turn on for them. Was expecting better service, and thought I got treated like a number. More

Griffin Ford had the F-150 I was looking for and a great salesman to deal with. Zack was straight forward and knowledgeable.
