Easy to deal with, even from out-of-state I'm a picky car buyer, but I also know exactly what I want and that's what brought me to Griffin even though I live 500 miles away from them. They had the exact used vehicle I was looking for and my happiness with them started with the beautifully photographed and detailed listing they had on AutoTrader.com and their website both. I called to talk to a salesperson and was connected with Gene, who confirmed the vehicle was still available and got started quickly on the transaction for me. Their list price was very fair, based on KBB/NADA/Edmund's values, so I didn't feel a need to negotiate. Within a few hours, I had the purchase contract to share with my credit union and, four days later, I was on a plane up to Milwaukee to get my new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was beautifully detailed and sitting in the "delivery" covered area, which was nice. Gene and I went for a drive, confirmed it was just as perfect as the pictures appeared and then finalized the transaction quickly and easily. Finance's portion took about 10 minutes max and there was no unnecessary upselling or pressure, which was appreciated. They made the entire thing easy, even for an out-of-state buyer, and I appreciate that and the beautiful new vehicle we bought. More
