I drive 2 hours one way to do business with Toyota of Gladstone. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles there and it’s worth the drive. I would say the people who works here some of them is professional some of them are pretty rush and rush. When I was initially shopping for a car several years ago, I went to several dealerships, but returned to Toyota of Gladstone because I appreciated the level of Dustys service. He recognized I needed a car and was going to purchase one no matter what and ultimately respected me enough as a consumer to let me make my own decisions, impartially providing information as I asked to help me decide. Every other dealership I went to the salespeople were so pushy, constantly trying to upsell me and trying to pressure me into purchasing a car right then and there, which I absolutely can't stand. My first car got totaled in an accident a couple years later and then Dusty helped me again get a rav4 during the height of the covid supply chain issues for new cars. At that time there was super limited stock at the dealership and every rav4 on the lot was spoken for and there was a wait list for incoming vehicles. Dusty managed to hook it up and get me my rav4 weeks sooner than the next shipment was due to arrive at the dealership, which I super duper appreciated since my insurance only covered several days of car rental in the case of total loss of a vehicle. More
