purchased new Highlander D'von McGleese worked extremely hard to win our business. Very knowledgeable and personable, yet also aggressive in the sense that he followed up all D'von McGleese worked extremely hard to win our business. Very knowledgeable and personable, yet also aggressive in the sense that he followed up all my initial inquiries when we were running around from dealer to dealer trying to figure out what we wanted to buy. He was responding to my text messages up until 11pm on a Friday night. He was so responsive that we bypassed 4-5 Toyota dealers close to my residence in Northport, and all the way over to Hempstead. We had some additional dealings with Jeff Zonen, General Sales Manager. He was also a total pro and a nice fellow. Extremely responsive to our concerns. On the floor, Kim, followed up quickly when some communications needed a little push. Hector allowed us to cut right to the chase and get out the door after a very long day. Nice guy too. But ALL sales people at Millenium were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a sense of a happy working environment in there. Makes me want to return! More
