Sales department was good. Finance was pushy After I agreed to deal, i was sent to finance to finalize the deal. I told him i did not want anything but gap. He then looked at me like i was a moron for turning down the warranty and maintenance plan that is extremely overpriced. My credit score was pretty good. I have a 721 score. He told me my rate was 6.99. With my credit that is way too high. I did not know that I could shop the rate for a lower one. They took advantage of me. I then bought gap insurance for $900. That is really high also. I didn't know that you could get than cheaper also. They again took advantage of me. I wonder how many people they do that to. Alot of buyers don't know any better. It is my fault for signing the paper. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. EVER!! More

Service was okay, just okay I feel like wasn't very impressed with dealership. My sales man was a little rude. He was going on and on about himself. Before we got there we contac I feel like wasn't very impressed with dealership. My sales man was a little rude. He was going on and on about himself. Before we got there we contacted the dealership about a vehicle and ask them to text us with some information on it, and to not call because we were at work and they did the exact opposite. Following this we received three phone calls! We were very upset that we were so specific on what we needed and for them to completely disregard what we said was quite irritating. Also we asked for a different salesman than we originally talked to because we weren't very fond of the first one that we spoke with on the phone and instead of them getting a different salesman we got the same exact one. Overall we did end up getting a good deal but on a customer service level things were terrible. More

Transparent Easy to understand paperwork that you can make sense of. Was able to understand how much each line was and how it pertains to my total loan. Finance office was quick and reliable, even when trying to sell me things I don't need. Dwayne was an amazing salesman and found a perfect ground between what I wanted and the motives of upper management. He has a great personality and is very easy going and made the whole process very enjoyable. More

Great Prices, Not So Great Attitude We drove six hours to visit this dealership because we had shopped around and they had the best price for the vehicle we were looking for. It felt lik We drove six hours to visit this dealership because we had shopped around and they had the best price for the vehicle we were looking for. It felt like that didn't really matter to them. When we got there, we test drove our vehicle and we sat down to do paperwork. After a couple of hours our salesman disappeared and started working with another couple. He basically ignored us the rest of the time we were there. We asked about the status of our application. He went into the office and then never informed us. After a hours of waiting, we decided to leave and we were not told anything about the status of our application. Our salesman didn't even tell us bye. We went back, again they had the vehicle for significantly cheaper. We ended up driving away with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. If it were not for the vehicle being so cheap, we would not have gone back. They didn't have a great attitude and it seemed that they could care less if they earned our business or not. More

Stellar I have recently returned to the Chevrolet and Gateway family. I tried another vehicle and found that I missed both my Chevy and the excellent customer I have recently returned to the Chevrolet and Gateway family.
