I looked at a few different makes and models during my search for my most recent car. Every experience fell short of what this Make, Dealership and especially Sales Person has to offer. After each test drive at other dealerships my wife and I left saying "it wasn't like working with Lori". Nobody is more professional, straight forward, and pleasant to deal with than Lori. In the end we decided we couldn't leave the BMW family. The BMW experience is a REAL thing and Lori and Dwayne (who helped us set up our new car) make the experience all the better. If you're going to buy a luxury brand you may as well have a luxury experience when you purchase your car. Lori is the best. Don't take my word for it. Read her reviews. More

Mike LeBron was extremely helpful in answering our warranty questions and processing our paper work when we picked up the vehicle. Dwayne Wong spent time with us getting us up-to-speed on the car features and technology, again, extremely friendly and helpful. Just a very pleasant experience all the way around. My sales Consultant, Pedro Andrade, listened to how I was making the decision to replace my current vehicle and what attributes were necessary in my choice. He did not attempt to sway me to a different model, year or price point. He found the car, made sure it hit the marks, we test drove it and struck a fair deal. Eric Thomas in Finance was efficient and able to address any and all questions I had. Dwayne Wong walked me through all the features that I could absorb and made sure I was connected to all BMW services before taking my X5 home. Right now I have had my car for about a week and waiting for all my final documentation. I anticipate more positive experiences to come. More
