Luckily, Lori Asserson was the exception to this and her ability to understand my needs and work with me made the entire process a pleasure. This year, due to my annual mileage, I decided to purchase rather than lease. I did my homework and checked out the competitors to the X5, but Lori (and Prestige) was the only one who made me an offer I couldn't refuse and got me the exact vehicle I wanted. Finally, when I arrived to pick up my new X5, Product Specialist Dwayne Wong, patiently spent time with me explaining all the features of the X5 and answering my questions, another pleasant exception to the "rule". I would unconditionally recommend Lori and Prestige to anyone considering a luxury vehicle, whether it be a SUV or car. More
