Closest dealership to my house. As a Ford fan, I have bought a car, serviced and bought parts from here. My experience has been consistently bad. If you want to see a business that truly lives in the past where sales is about tricking the customer this is the place. My latest experience - Went to get a mirror. They said they don't have it is stock and can order. Paid on the phone and said that if it does not fit I would need to return. It did not. They now say its a special part and they cannot take it back.
Fixed it at a local mechanic. These guys live on retired people who think buying ford is American.

I have been a long term customer of Lawrenceville Ford in excess of over 30 years. I've watched this dealership grow over the years to the successful operation it is today. I have purchased a number of vehicles to date and repeatedly refer friends and colleagues to this dealership. I have relied on the expertise of the service department in order to keep my vehicles safe and in top operating condition. Several employees over the years have even become personal friends of mine. Although I have been picky with which technician works on my vehicles, I have learned that they are ALL truly equal in talent and in skills. Many techs have come & gone over the years and so in all fairness my recent kudos goes to Kevin James who did a spectacular job on my Ford Edge recently. In regards to Service Advisors, my hat goes off to Jun Mendez, who ALWAYS does an OUTSTANDING Job. I've known Jun for a very long time and consider him one of the best.

I'll been a loyal & happy for years at Lawrenceville Ford. Dealt with many great people! Service is top notch. Tony Stewart put the plates on my first Ford vehicle. I've watch him grow to the successful business man he is today. Tony runs a great operation thanks to the dedication of his long term and some fantastic new employees. I have a tendency to hang on to my new vehicles for many years, partly because it's a FORD product and mostly because the Service Group knows what they are doing. Special kudos to Brad Grois for his technical and mechanical talents. Additional kudos to Jun Mendez for his excellent customer service skills. I've known Jun for a long time as well - another great example of a dedicated employee.
