In the current economic conditions, I was honestly surprised but so glad I found them. Everything fell perfectly in place and made the decision easy to make the extended drive to Glendale from Bakersfield. Albert was my contact in person and was very pleasant to work with. Although the deal was pretty much done prior to arrival, he was efficient in ensuring all of my requests were satisfied. Matthew our finance manager, was another great person we had contact with. Super personable, comical and knowledgeable. Usually the finance part takes the longest and is quite painful to endure. But he made the whole thing a positive experience. The dealership itself is quite comfortable and clean. Every staff we encountered, including those who were not helping us, was extremely friendly. Overall my experience was a 10+ on a scale 1-10. I've purchased and traded-in over 20 cars at dealerships in the past and have had the most negative attitude going into and after the transaction was completed. My bias attitude against auto dealership didn't just come from completed transactions but also the moment I set put at the dealership with sales agents hounding me from the moment I set put. Acura of Glendale prove me wrong and completely changed my mindset from the beginning to the end of my last experience on purchasing my wife's car. I just want to thank Andre, Matthew, Karine and Dwight from a smooth and honest (never thought I say those words describing my experience with an auto dealership) transaction during my purchase of an Acura TLX Type S. Before I decided to take my business to Acura of Glendale I had contacted over 5 dealership in the area and Andre was the only one that's honest on the phone. I can sense the sales agent were being dishonest and shady, for the lack of a better word. More
