Not only did Dylan put me at ease with his professional and friendly demeanor, but he offers outstanding customer service. He immediately greeted me when I stepped into the dealership; and from the time of his warm welcome, throughout the entire buying process, and even afterward he has gone the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Dylan patiently answered all my questions about my new vehicle (which I love) and the buying process. When Dylan had to step away, his co-worker, Will made sure that I received assistance. Greg Scarpino in Service, as well as Hailey, and Rich (who gave me a ride in a loaner car to return my rental) have also been phenomenal. So, I highly recommend doing business with World VW of Neptune, and Dylan Amos in particular. (I haven't had work done yet, so I'll update my review after I have work done by the Service Dept.) More
