Mark, thanks for taking the time to read my survey. Jose and Larry continue to take care of us. Jose is even texting me when out on PTO. For your benefit, I have heard from several friends who have visited your showroom that they were "put off" by the reception received and interactions with sales staff. Dylan has been great for me once the relationship was established.
