Lovely guys, but I think I caught them on a dozy day. The good: Dylan found me an awesome car; no easy task right now. He kept me "in the loop" while he hunted, so A+ on communication. The less good: It took 4 1/2 hours to do paperwork, pay, and drive away. The finance guy didn't discuss any options with me so had to go back to re-do paperwork, they *forgot* to take my check, and after all that the car was only 30% charged (not enough to get me home). What should change: Don't over promise. If I ask "what's the current average APR?" check or tell me where to find that info, don't guess wrong. Don't say I can probably get a charger installed at my house for free -- I can't. Don't tell me I can charge my car at the dealer up the street in 20 minutes when it took over an hour (with my very hungry children in the car). Be accurate, even if accurate is "I don't know." In the end, I got my impossible-to-find unicorn car and I'm really liking it. I appreciate the work that went into getting it, and I'm looking forward to a lot of years with "Zora" More
