The sales person (Dylan) was efficient, knowledgeable and aimed to please. The person who handled my vehicle loan (Josh) was helpful and went out of his way to meet my needs - I feel I got the best price, an aimed to please. Kudos to Billy Loesch who called me from time to time over the years to ask if my (2011) Subaru was still meeting my needs and expectations. That's the type of service that makes loyal customers. This is my second Subaru Outback from Ganley...I'm hooked. More

My experience was great from the moment I arrived. I wasn’t certain I even wanted a new Subaru (I still loved driving my old Subaru) but Dylan showed me what was available, helped me test drive a few, p wasn’t certain I even wanted a new Subaru (I still loved driving my old Subaru) but Dylan showed me what was available, helped me test drive a few, patiently waited as I test drive a few a second time, and helped me weigh my options. I ultimately decided to buy a new Outback and he, the sales manager Rob and the finance specialist Igor all were fantastic with giving me a great deal on the car and with getting the sale processed smoothly and quickly. Dylan was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Subaru’s. After his presentation and enthusiasm it was pretty clear that the Subaru Forester was the best choice for our family. I was sent a quote on a car and made an appointment to see it. This dealer never had that car. It was at another Ganley 20 miles away. Instead of selling me that one they put almost 400 miles on one that see it. This dealer never had that car. It was at another Ganley 20 miles away. Dylan was very personable and knowledgeable. Cars and showroom was very clean. Did not appreciate being moved to a less appointed vehicle without being told ALL the differences.
