Unmatched Dedication, Transparency, and White-Glove Service at Volkswagen Little Rock. After two weeks of thoughtful, transparent negotiations, my wife and I finalized the purchase of our brand-new Service at Volkswagen Little Rock. After two weeks of thoughtful, transparent negotiations, my wife and I finalized the purchase of our brand-new 2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI on August 31, 2026. As a repeat customer with high standards for vehicle maintenance and customer service, I can say without hesitation that Volkswagen Little Rock consistently sets the benchmark for dealership excellence. From the minute we arrived around 5:30 PM, our salesperson, Dylan, demonstrated an exceptional level of care. Knowing we were undecided between exterior colors, he had already taken the initiative to stage both a white and a black 2026 GTI side-by-side right out front. This thoughtful preparation allowed us to compare them in person effortlessly. After an in-depth vehicle inspection and test drive, we selected the black GTI. Navigating trade-in valuation and pricing can often be stressful, but Center Manager Bennie Hazen and Sales Manager Lee Woodard turned it into an outstanding collaborative experience. We were trading in our 2025 Volkswagen Atlas SEL Premium R-Line and came in with a firm figure in mind. Bennie valued our ongoing client relationship and went above and beyond to offer an aggressive, above-market trade-in figure. Crucial to this was Brannon Smith in the Service Department; Brannon knows firsthand how meticulously I maintain my vehicles and verified our flawless, up-to-date service history directly to Bennie and Lee. The proof speaks for itself—our Atlas sold within just days of being placed on the lot because of that documented service pedigree. Additionally, Bennie meticulously stacked every applicable program to maximize our savings—combining the Volkswagen Loyalty Discount, Dealership Direct Discount, Costco Executive Incentives, and Military Discount to deliver a truly unbeatable out-the-door price. In the finance office, Jonathan Summons was equally thorough and professional. Although I came in pre-approved with a strong 4.9% rate for 48 months through USAA, Jonathan worked diligently with Wells Fargo (Volkswagen Credit's partner) in an honest effort to beat it. While USAA ultimately remained the best option, we deeply appreciated Jonathan’s transparency, persistence, and zero-pressure approach. What impressed us most was the team's commitment to seeing the transaction through. Even after the dealership officially closed at 8:00 PM, Dylan, Bennie, and Lee remained well past closing hours without rushing us, ensuring every detail was finalized seamlessly. Furthermore, because we were not yet ready to take physical delivery of the GTI, the management team graciously provided us with a dealership loaner vehicle until we were ready to bring our new car home. Providing a loaner in this situation is virtually unheard of in today’s automotive landscape and underscores their customer-first philosophy. To top it all off, Client Experience Manager Tamara Dick followed up proactively to confirm that the entire process met our expectations. Volkswagen Little Rock operates with integrity, respect, and unparalleled customer advocacy. My wife and I are sincerely grateful to Dylan, Bennie, Lee, Brannon, Jonathan, and Tamara. We cannot recommend this dealership and its outstanding staff highly enough! More
