Werner Mazda is by far my favorite dealership in New Hampshire. Friendly staff whether you are in sales, service, parts, etc. Fast and efficient service. Big shout out to Werner Mazda. The service department and Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used i Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used in June 2019. This crack could've cost me out of pocket,but the service department determined the crack was likely to have been there prior to my purchasing the car. It looked as though someone had tried to fix it(wrongly). The sales manager agreed to cover the cost of having it repaired. Gave me a free loaner. Repaired it in a timely fashion. Kept me informed all along the process. Highly recommend. More
