everyone was very nice. they were very thorough with my service. although i was disappointed when i got my car back and the noise i brought it in for was still happening. i they were very thorough with my service. although i was disappointed when i got my car back and the noise i brought it in for was still happening. i brought it back in the next day and they fixed it right up for me. i had told them i knew what the noise was (skid plate) and was just upset that no one listened to me until i complained and brought it back. I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car at Vision Nissan. The staff were attentive but not pushy and worked with me to come to a fair and equitable price. The service department replaced the starter battery after finding that the starter battery marginally passed a load test during the pre-delivery check. I needed to purchase a car that day to replace a car that was totaled 2 weeks earlier. I began my day with a list of cars to look at beginning at Vision and I arrived at 9:00am that morning without an appointment. By 1:00pm the entire transaction was completed and vision arranged to drive the car to my home an hour away. I was home with the car by 2:00 and very satisfied with Dylan and Vision. More

My experience as a whole was severely lacking and frustrating. As part of my deal, it was agreed upon that I would receive second key and that the radio would fixed, as it was locked in a mode requir frustrating. As part of my deal, it was agreed upon that I would receive second key and that the radio would fixed, as it was locked in a mode requiring a code. The radio was effectively non-functional. I bought my vehicle in November. What should have been the easiest part is getting a spare key. The salesman was not up front causing me to make four different attempts at getting it. I even spent almost two hours in the waiting room, only to be told it needed to be ordered by the general manager. The salesman assured me it would all get done at once. We agreed that I would drop of my car and I qoute, "it will take two days tops to get the radio fixed and key done." I was provided with a loaner, so my transportation was not an issue. Everytime I called for an update, I was given a different story. They had my vehicle for 31 days, for a radio and a spare key. The only member of the staff that was upfront and even appeared to want to get it all resolved was Mark, the service manager. The communication is this dealership is terrible and definitely not working as a team. They ended up taking my car to a stereo shop. The unit that was put in is one of the lowest end units I have ever seen. It isn't Sirius XM capable. They placed a small mic in front of my speedometer. I researched the radio that was chosen to put in and found that the slightly upgraded and Sirius XM capable was at the same price point. I didn't even bother taking it back or involving the dealership anymore. I was just glad to have sound in the vehicle. Mark, the service manager, was great. He was honest and upfront and worked super hard to get things done. To sum up the time line, I bought the vehicle November 11th. I dropped it off per the agreement and was assured that all parts were in and it would only take two days at most. That was on December 10th. I received my vehicle back on January 11th. Between the non-communication between sales and service, the dishonesty/lack of knowledge and empty promises from the sales associate, I wish I would have gone somewhere else. More
