Had a very smooth experience with Dylan Kennedy from the initial call to the delivery. I was looking for a particular spec which they had in stock competitively priced. With out negotiations Dylan made an initial call to the delivery. I was looking for a particular spec which they had in stock competitively priced. With out negotiations Dylan made an even better offer and we were off to the races. Given I was making the purchase site unseen, from NYC, Dylan went above and beyond to provide detailed video walk arounds highlighting any deficiencies (mostly very very minor) - this sort of transparency is what is missing in the industry so I am extremely grateful for such attention to detail and integrity. We had some transportation set backs due to holidays so I decided to fly in on New Years Eve to pick up the vehicle. They normally close at 7pm but Dylan and his manager (I can not recall his name) waited for me to get there closer to 8pm - they patiently walked me thru all the paperwork and were there with me until 9pm. Dylan continued to follow up with me post delivery as well. Also he was able to retrieve the seat pillows and cargo cover from the previous owner and ship them over to me, this is type of customer service that is scarce today. Excellent job Dylan! and looking forward to working with you in the future as well! Happy New Year More

I worked with Miles Beam on having my mini countryman serviced. He was cordial, informed and knowledgeable about what was scheduled and some unforeseen engine work. He is easy to work with.
