Quick lane is not quick. Took over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and I noticed vehicles arriving after me completed first. Normally very good service. .....attentive staff. This visit took somewhat longer than expected.........2 hours to get 4 tires installed and aligned. Had a tire rotation done on .....attentive staff. Had a tire rotation done on July 17; experienced shimmying in the steering wheel right away which was relayed to service. Came back the following week for evaluation.....recommended to purchase 4 new tires.....they had to be ordered so 3rd trip back in 2 weeks. More
