After they hit a road block at 2 or 3 banks, I wish they would've called to let us know there was an issue. We could have reapplied using my husband's information. Because of this we had to settle for a higher interest level than preferred. Now, we'll have to refinance - unnecessarily. That was my only frustration. Hope they consider this in the future - it matters! More
