I have no problem the work that was performed. However the amount I was quoted for the work was half of the total performed work since a major part integral to the work was not part of the quote. I paid the total amount when I picked up the car but was told that Stacy would call me on Monday after the recorded quote call was reviewed. I didn’t receive a call so I texted Stacy. She said her manager would have to listen to the call. I never received a call back but did receive a credit which is the only way I knew how this was resolved. Totally unacceptable. More
