The experience at McLoughlin Chevrolet was superior to other Chevy dealerships I have recently visited. The sales people were courteous and helpful and not too pushy for the most part. The sales department is great but the service department is terrible! I went I for a scheduled oil change and they told me an hour, even an hour for a scheduled oil change is a long time. So I waited the hour and went to the receptionist desk and asked what’s going on, she said she would find out and get back to me, and never did. So I waited another 30 minutes and went and told them I want my car back, the receptionist said I can go back and talked to the service lady so I went back and told her I wanted my car back and she said let me check on it she went back and came back up and said they were changing the filters, I asked what filters she said the air and cabin air filters, I said I didn’t ask for that I wanted an oil change, she told me she would have my car out right now so I waited up front for another 18 minutes and they are ready to give me a bill. So I left five minutes shy of being here 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and when I got in my car some stuff that was in my middle console was in my cup holder so they were rummaging in my car. I have been taking my car here for a long time and have never had this problem before with Kayla but I will not be coming back here and recommend you don’t either. Very unprofessional service department More
