They never called back about a loaner. You go to the back of the line with warranty issues Ford only reimburses so much to them! The office girls will give you the runaround for days and say people will call back and they never do. The receptionist are rude and will not help you.
Mountain View Ford is way better!

We do sympathize with the inconvenience you experienced with your vehicle; however, the issue itself was not caused by work performed at our dealership. Our service advisor made multiple attempts to provide updates via phone and text, and it was later discovered that the primary contact number on file belonged to your fiancé, which contributed to communication challenges.
When you arrived to pick up the vehicle, our team attempted to assist; however, the interaction escalated and included the use of profanity toward our staff. Upon leaving the dealership, a set of keys belonging to another customer was mistakenly taken. When we reached out to address this, inappropriate language was again directed toward our service advisor, and the request to return the keys were initially refused. Arrangements were eventually made for their return, which required one of our employees to retrieve them.
We strive to provide professional and respectful service to all customers, and we ask that the same courtesy be extended to our team.
They were able to fit me in quickly to get a battery
