Great Experience We stopped in to look at vehicles and left with a new vehicle! Keith Jackson was great to work with during this process. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me sort out what was most important and ultimately which model was right for me. Soon I was test driving a vehicle. I was pleased with the safety features, comfort and handling of the vehicle. Keith took time to teach me how to use the safety features and try them out on the test drive. I never felt pressured and was pleased he spoke to me instead of only to my husband. Keith called the next day and suggested we stop by and go over a few more features which we did. He took time out of his day to teach me how to use those features and then told us we could stop by anytime with questions. Thank you Keith Jackson for making this a painless experience! You are a great listener and sales person. The only negative I might mention is the sales manager(Dylan?) kept interrupting and asking if Keith was treating us well. Keith definitely knew the vehicles inside and out and was very competent to sell a vehicle on his own. I found the interruptions annoying and a put down to the sales person. More

Great Service Dept. Friendly, Helpful. AND I bought a car. Service has always been great from this dealership. The place is clean, the folks are friendly, appointments are timely. And then I traded-in my current Ridgeline for a newer, nicer Ridgeline. Great experience. I went in for service and came away with a new car. By the way, I inquired about a new car (no one came up to sell me). They respected my time and it was a good experience. Julio was helpful, informed, courteous, timely, and enjoyable to work with. Having only been in his position for 8 months, he displayed a strong knowledge of the vehicle capabilities and was able to share the features and benefits of the CRV and also how it stacked up against the competition. He has a very calm demeanor and it helped me feel at ease with the experience. The price negotiation was fairly straight forward. Also the final paperwork (that always has to be done) was not torturous. Glad we went there. More

Freedom Honda dishonest and unethical. Freedom Honda failed to work with me in an honest and ethical way when my 2016 Honda Fit with 14,000 would not start. After repeated jump starts and Freedom Honda failed to work with me in an honest and ethical way when my 2016 Honda Fit with 14,000 would not start. After repeated jump starts and beings stranded at Denver International Airport and then having to have the car towed in, Honda called me to say my car was "ready". Instead they traded my for a more expensive CR-V which I cannot afford. Why not be honest and say the car was having electronic trouble and provide me a loaner car and time to think about options. Why the hard sale on me when I'm in a bad spot. Honda seems to lack the professionalism of other car companies I have dealt with like Nissan, Toyota, and GM. More
