I've experienced "buyer's remorse" before, but not this time! We use the Costco connection, and what a benefit it turned out to be for us! This is our dream car and I only wish I had the means to come back and buy another one tomorrow. Sal showed us all the features of our EX-L and explained how everything worked. Dylan went the extra-mile to help us sort out our finance questions. I think I might go back just to celebrate and enjoy a cup of coffee with them. Yes, really, I would do that! More

Armand, Robert, Kimo, and Dylan all were exceptional in their specific areas of expertise. Tamarin called to ask if they could make a deal happen, and I told her over the phone what our parameters were. "When you take these to your sales manager, he's going to laugh at you for a while, and you're going to call me back and tell me you can't quite make that work." She called me back within 30 minutes and said I'd be buying a car today. Four hours later, we did. The staff was great. Jay, Dylan, and Jeremy got us into a beautiful new CR-V with the exact color and trim we asked for at the price we'd agreed to over the phone. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the vehicle, the quality of the experience, or the quality of the people at Freedom Honda. The 40 minute drive from Castle Rock was definitely worth it! More

I came in with her on the weekend to see what she was buying. Sure, there was little negotiating with John Walker. We went in with our position researched. It fell within what they were willing to do. All in all, we negotiated maybe 10 minutes – no back and forth stuff -- then off to their finance guy – Dylan. He was very knowledgeable – beat the per-financing that we had setup by a little – went with Freedom’s financing arrangement -- finished the paperwork in minimal time. Very pleased with our purchase and service. More
