Mr. Burkhart went over and beyond to help me with my parts issue. My recent vehicle purchase did not include the wheel lock key. I was informed I needed a special key, so I bought it. It was not the parts issue. My recent vehicle purchase did not include the wheel lock key. I was informed I needed a special key, so I bought it. It was not the right key! Mr. Burkhart was able to help with returning the wrong wheel lock key, and he was able to assist me in getting a new set of wheel locks with the correct key.
