Experience was fine until it came to signing papers to leave with the vehicle. I was in a pinch, wife Needed a new vehicle urgently, found the car, agreed on price within 45 min, didn’t haggle on price o leave with the vehicle. I proceeded to sit outside for close to 3.5 hours waiting to sign papers, while I saw multiple buyers who showed up in that time to sign papers, leave with gift bags, and drive off in new vehicles. I was told multiple times this groups leaving and you’ll be out in 15-20 min. I was on the verge of asking for my keys back and leaving because of how long it took. I understand I was buying a used car at a BMW dealership and didn’t expect a first class experience with gifts and such, but I spent my entire Saturday (11 am-4pm) at the dealership.. I’m in business dev and understand taking care of priority customers, but to keep me waiting that long was incredibly disrespectful More
