From start to finish, Autohaus BMW delivers on customer satisfaction. The entire experience was an eye opener to how car dealerships should be and what I was used to them being. This place hands down does everything right! I wish I could buy a car from them every week. "Purchase BMW X3"
We searched multiple dealerships across the western half of the country for a low mileage pre-owned X3 3.5, and settled on one offered by Autohaus BMW in St Louis MO. The vehicle they had was far and away the most attractive we found in terms of options, price, and financing. We live some 1400 miles away in Arizona, and so were unable to visit the dealership to examine the vehicle, negotiate in person, or to take care of administrative and paper work details. In addition, once we settled on this vehicle, we had the issue of getting it delivered to us in Arizona.
The sales representative, Renard Lasane, and the Sales Manager Rick Riccio, were both extremely professional, competent, and went out of their way to make our purchase experience as simple, and stress free as possible.
Our sales rep, Renard, made a point of making us aware of a special BMW Of North America Financing offer, available only in the month of October, and arranged for all the paperwork we needed to sign to be FedX'd to us overnight so that we could qualify for this offer. They also made all the arrangements to have the car shipped to us in Arizona, eliminating the hassle of having to make those arrangements ourselves, at what was a very competitive fee.
As sometimes occurs when transactions are expedited, as ours was, there was a minor glitch in the paperwork, but Mr. Riccio, when made aware, immediately took pains to address the issue. In addition, he brought to our attention and corrected an additional $500 error which we had not noticed.
Our overall impression was more than positive. Dealing with Autohaus BMW was a pleasant and rewarding experience, well above our expectations.
