My philosophy here at Luther Brookdale Volkswagen has always been to do my best and provide the best service to my guests. I grew up in small-town Lida(Belarus, Europe) where I graduated from high school and I went to the BSAT University(Minsk, Belarus) and I received my bachelor degree (Electrical Engineer). My career at Volkswagen started in 2018 and has been every bit of amazing, with new opportunities, meeting great customers and working with dedicated and passionate people. I worked in other European countries such as Norway, Denmark, Germany, etc. I enjoy fishing, biking, hiking with my beautiful wife in my spare time

The dealership was very thorough when it came to selling their products, but not very helpful when it came to saving money on their clients behalf. A thousand dollars in saved interest fees was blown off by their products, but not very helpful when it came to saving money on their clients behalf. A thousand dollars in saved interest fees was blown off by the finance manager as inconsequential in the bigger picture in order to close a sale faster. The salesman however, Dzmitry, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. Everything a salesman should be and more. My gripes stem more from the dealership than the individual salesman. More

All staff were very kind and helpful as I explored my options with one of their used vehicles I found online. They made me a second set of keys for free, gave my car a complementary wash, and offered to options with one of their used vehicles I found online.
