Last month we decided to check out some cars with no intention of buying when we were approached by Matthew Strong, a Sales Rep at Prestige. Matthew was by far friendly, positive, outgoing, and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Both my fiancé and I have had bad experiences when it comes to car lots as well as cars. Matthew treated the both of us with kindness and talked to us on a level of respect and for us that is what stood out to us the most. For someone like myself, I just graduated college with a tight budget in mind. Matthew sat down with me for a couple hours and laid out all options with me, fought hard for me to get the best car possible and the next day i walked out with a 2015 Nissan Altima! The experience was more than just a sale but a personal and professional level between a Sales Rep and Customer.
