Not only does he have a cool name, but he is the coolest salesman I've ever dealt with. I visited 2 other dealerships over the next few days and found myself right back at Prestige. The fact that Matt stayed in touch but wasn't pushy, convinced me to go back to see Matt and seal the deal. Ed in finance was also welcoming friendly and very easy to talk to.. Last month we decided to check out some cars with no intention of buying when we were approached by Matthew Strong, a Sales Rep at Prestige. Matthew was by far friendly, positive, outgoing, and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Both my fiancé and I have had bad experiences when it comes to car lots as well as cars. Matthew treated the both of us with kindness and talked to us on a level of respect and for us that is what stood out to us the most. For someone like myself, I just graduated college with a tight budget in mind. Matthew sat down with me for a couple hours and laid out all options with me, fought hard for me to get the best car possible and the next day i walked out with a 2015 Nissan Altima! The experience was more than just a sale but a personal and professional level between a Sales Rep and Customer.
