Then we walked into San Antonio Mercedes and met Earl Tucker. Within 15 minutes, he found us a car we genuinely liked. We took it for a test drive, told Earl we still had a few more to look at, and left with absolutely no pressure. We came back on Saturday, and Earl introduced us to the rest of the sales team, which really made us feel like part of the family. During the deal, we also worked with the best sales manager we’ve ever met—Bill Ramsey. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and even fun. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next car! More

Great experience! I simply called and asked about a particular car that I saw online. 30 minutes later, when I arrived, the car was waiting for me out front and ready I simply called and asked about a particular car that I saw online. 30 minutes later, when I arrived, the car was waiting for me out front and ready to test drive immediately. I loved the car. And my sales person (Earl) took the time to explain the process with no rush or urgency. I love going to dealerships and not feeling pressured. Once I made up my mind, I went forward with the vehicle and the financing crew was also kind, honest about gap insurance and other insurance services that were offered, expedient and thorough. Overall one of my easiest car purchases. Definitely recommend!!! More

Purchasing the vehicle was an okay experience but the issues after have not met my expectations. For example the car only had one key and one was ordered. I was told by the salesman, Earl, that it would issues after have not met my expectations. For example the car only had one key and one was ordered. I was told by the salesman, Earl, that it would only take less than a minute to program. That was not the case when I stopped in to pick up the key. It actually took 45-60 minutes to program the key. On top of that the replacement key was making the blade which the salesman did not notice. Now, still waiting for something that should have been an easy fix. More
