After searching for a 2021 Jeep Trailhawk for months, where each dealership I talked with treating me like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car and then asking absolutely outrageous price., im where each dealership I talked with treating me like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car and then asking absolutely outrageous price., imagine how relieved I was when the folks at Don White’s Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram treated me more like family than just a guy buying a car. They did everything from finding the car I wanted, to picking me up at the train station when I came to pick up the car. They worked a win win deal and spent hours answering the countless emails and phone calls I made about the car. In the end, my experience was so positive, so professional, that I ended up buying another car one week after getting the first and I did all this from over 3 states away. Don Whihte’s Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family run business and its obvious that treating customers like family is in their DNA. When I buy my next car it will be from them, and I strongly suggest you buy yours from them as well. In this screwed up world these guys it and they have my appreciation and loyalty. I enjoyed the attention and consideration of my needs which I stated up front. I was given what I wanted as far as lease payments and the entire process was easy. Sales person Brandon Ross, was easing going and I enjoyed talking to and dealing with, didnt feel pressured. Finance Manager Ken Sloat was freindly, explained everything clearly and quickley to finalize sa talking to and dealing with, didnt feel pressured. Your sales staff communicates well before the customer reaches the dealership, does a lot of legwork to balance financing and inventory, to find a fit for what I wanted and the parameters of the deal. I honestly did not think I could get into a new vehicle, and Don White's sales staff impressed and surprised me. I had some past service issues, but with this purchase, coming back the next day to take care of some owed items (dealership to me, me to dealership) the service write handled it well and efficiently.
