I purchased my 2019 Chevy Silverado from your used department, paid cash and was told that I’ll get free oil changes for Life !! I also got my girlfriend to purchase the LAST Dodge Hornet off of the s department, paid cash and was told that I’ll get free oil changes for Life !! I also got my girlfriend to purchase the LAST Dodge Hornet off of the showroom floor. She and I BOTH were in your dealership yesterday for our appointments. Hers at 8am, mine at 8:40am. The work was done on my vehicle BUT it was NOT washed as was her vehicle which also got an oil change and was washed. She was also there for a recall which was NOT performed because the part was NOT ordered for her appointment. Which is the whole reason that she made the appointment in the 1st place. So my disappointment is that my vehicle does NOT get a car wash no matter whether I paid cash or financed it because it’s NOT one of the vehicles that your main dealership sells. The other disappointment is that I convinced someone to purchase a vehicle that your main dealership DOES sell, the Dodge Hornet, and when she makes her Appointment For The Recall…. The Part Was NOT ORDERED !! Now explain to me WHY WOULD I bring ANYONE ELSE to Don Whites, which is a close to 2hr drive from Waldorf, to purchase ANYTHING after the service that We Both received on THIS visit ?? If my friends and I aren’t valued, possibly Returning customers in the future, Why would I bring ANYONE ELSE to your establishment ? Not to mention that My tires were rotated and i did NOT EVER authorize them to be. Someone placed that service on my profile without my knowledge because as long as I’ve been buying vehicles I’ve ALWAYS rotated my Own tires, since my younger days as a Honda, Saab, Volkswagen, Chevy and Range Rover mechanic. So disappointing service appointments !?!? To say the least !! Let’s see how the NEXT oil change appointment goes 🤔 #NOThappycustomers 😤 More
