Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience, but from the time we walked into Phillips Chevrolet of Bradley and were greeted by Ethan the salesman we felt at ease and no pressure. A manager named Robin called me the next day to thank us for coming in and said to reach out if we had any questions or needed anything. We came in later that day to purchase the vehicle and Ethan was off but we were assisted by Easton. In short, it was a smooth and stressless experience, and I must say that we were just as sold by the accomodating and professional staff at Phillips as we were the vehicle.
