Got a two for the driver who took me to and from work. “Joe D” service supervisor never answered his phone or emails. Only communicated via text after me calling dealership threatening to stand in lobby. “Joe D” service supervisor never answered his phone or emails. Only communicated via text after me calling dealership threatening to stand in lobby. I wanted 10 DAYS for any update on internal oil burning that Hyundai knows about! I was denied any type of repair or service test to confirm the issue. Was told via text to contact Hyundai directly. Overall, I’ll never own another Hyundai or anything related to their brand again. I had to drive 25+miles to go to this dealership because the dealership a mile away from my house could not service my vehicle within 4 months! More

Mario totally misunderstood my precise statement not to change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor. As well, the Service Manager, kindly instructed change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor. As well, the Service Manager, kindly instructed him to change the old filters back into my vehicle. I’m hopeful the remainder of my future visits will be handled with better listening skills! Final comments the engine intake filter housing is now broken at the hinges to which the Technician installed and then uninstalled the air filter! More
