As a walk-in, it was great because they got my car back to me in less than 24 hours, and the shuttle is great feature. Only thing is someone from sales had reached out but once I got my car back I never he to me in less than 24 hours, and the shuttle is great feature. Just something as simple as “hey you didn’t qualify” or “let’s move forward” honestly would’ve sufficed. Overall experience was great, would definitely recommend the garage there. More
