It wasn’t until I went inside to inquire about my appointment that a team member spoke to me. Then she proceeded to ask me what I was there for - she was not prepared. My car wasn’t ready until 2pm due to the lack of experienced Hyundai mechanics. And all my issues weren’t resolved as I’m still experiencing them. Then they had the gall to try and up sell me on tires. More
