I came to my appointment early. The service man was very professional and was kind enough to let me know that there are a few more cars ahead of me so there will be a wait. My experience with Kyle Lancaster was great. He worked daily to get my work request completed and followed up on every step of the process. Since moving to Tampa, he has been the guy that truly made his w daily to get my work request completed and followed up on every step of the process. I call Harold, engine light on set an appointment for 9:30, the shuttle driver ebb took me back to work, very nice personality. Harold called to tell me my card was ready, they did the oil change that 9:30, the shuttle driver ebb took me back to work, very nice personality. I’ve had better service from other Hyundai dealers, but this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I still think it needs work. I also find that they’re not consistent in what they sell; one visit you need breaks (which I alway get a second opinion for stuff like that) and next visit their telling me I’m good (and I haven’t even done work to the breaks they recommended needed changing at the previous visit). It all depends on who you meet. Some sell harder than others and you get to know the advisors that will push a service to make a buck and another that won’t. Will keep supporting my local Brandon Hyundai Service spot, as long as they trend on improvement. More
