This is the fourth new vehicle we have purchased and it was by far our best experience with an automotive dealership. Unfortunately, he was not available the time we came to finalize the purchase. Derek made arrangements to have Osama handle our transaction in his absence and Osama greatly exceeded our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to resolve what we thought would be a major issue with our paperwork. EJ, their Sales Manager, also greeted and checked with us throughout our transaction to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. When our purchase was completed, Deeray introduced himself to us and spent all the time needed to ensure that we were familiar with all of the features and technology of our new CX-5. He answered all of our questions and thanks to Deeray, we felt very comfortable driving the vehicle home after dark. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and professional.
